3 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
1 can garbanzo beans/ chickpeas
2 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 medium garlic clove
1/4 tsp cumin
Salt to taste and paprika to taste
5. Rice Cakes, Peanut Butter, and Bananas
Add some flair to any standard boring ol’ rice cake! If you take a plain rice cake, spread some peanut butter on it and place some sliced bananas on top, you will have an effortless and yummy snack that hits all the right sweet and salty notes.

This recipe is incredibly simple. All it requires is to thinly sliced cucumbers and letting them marinate in vinegar and oil. You can prepare it before you smoke, and by the time the munchies hit, take them out of the marinade, sprinkle some salt and pepper and feta cheese. Who doesn’t love chocolate! Ok, so chocolate is not usually considered to be quite that healthy but if you use dark chocolate, it has some known health benefits. This snack is super easy if you use chocolate melting wafers. They can be melted using a double boiler method or even in the microwave. Once melted, you can dip a variety of things such as pretzels, marshmallows, or fruit. You even use as a sauce to drizzle as well!
11. Chips and Guacamole
Guacamole tastes the best when it’s homemade. You’ll only need 2 whole ripe avocados, a handful of chopped onions and tomatoes, 1 chopped garlic clove, a pinch of salt and pepper, and a half of a lime’s worth of juice. Mix it all together and there you have some phenomenal guac ready to be devoured with your favorite tortilla chips.
12. Yogurt Parfait
All you need to make this snack is a bowl or jar full of vanilla yogurt and your favorite fruits. Yogurt is a great source of protein and when combined with fruit, it can be super filling! If you like a little extra crunch, add some tasty granola or toasted coconut flakes.
