I was a bit nervous to apply. However no sooner did I enter my phone number and within minutes someone was already calling me to help set up an appointment. I liked the super fast service.

Dr. was very kind and caring. Staff was wonderful at communicating and very helpful and helping me get over a hurdle which was not filing with the state first but I was able to do that and they got me right in the next day and I had my card the following morning and just received it in the mail so it took about 4 to 5 days. They were fantastic five stars from me.
