Important Scholarship Terms and Conditions

Upon submission of your application for the Veriheal Scholarship, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1.) Applicant agrees and acknowledges that the Veriheal staff at their sole discretion may consider an applicant ineligible for any reason.
2.) Applicant agrees not to submit more than one application or to submit false or misleading information on the application.
3.) Applicant agrees not to pursue any litigation against Veriheal, its staff or employees for any perceived or actual wrongdoing related to the scholarship.
4.) Applicant agrees and acknowledges that they are strictly prohibited from utilizing any AI writing tools or software to assist them in the creation of their scholarship essay and materials.
5.) By participating in the Veriheal Scholarship you agree to allow Veriheal to use your personal information solely for the purpose of the Veriheal Scholarship program.
6.) All entries submitted are subject to verification prior to awarding any scholarship money. Veriheal refuses the right to disqualify any applicants who violate any terms and conditions of the marijuana scholarship program, including plagiarism and submitting false information.
7.) Applicants are responsible for any federal taxes or other fees related to accepting the Veriheal Scholarship.
8.) Any successful applicant may be required to show proof that they are enrolled on, or have been accepted to, an accredited university course, commencing studies for the fall semester 2023.
9.) All students offered scholarships will receive an official ‘offer’ email offering the funds, and must reply either accepting or rejecting this offer within 14 days of receipt. Failure to respond within this 14-day period may result in the scholarship offer being withdrawn and reassigned. You must accept your scholarship offer by the due date, as instructed in your offer email, to be eligible to receive payment.
10.) Unless noted otherwise, you must be a U.S. resident to be considered for the Veriheal Scholarship.
